The package covers the ceremony, reception dinner, catering, full vendor stack, and event staff under one contract. Smaller guest counts run higher per person because fixed costs stay constant. The difference between a micro wedding and an elopement: a micro wedding includes a reception dinner, an elopement is ceremony only.

Micro weddings average $1,000 per person and every one is built custom around your guest count and selections. Two things worth knowing upfront, because we'd rather you hear them from us than discover them later:
A 15-guest wedding runs higher per person than a 40-guest wedding, because the venue, coordinator, photographer, and staff cost the same either way. As your guest count grows, the added cost is mainly food and beverage.

What's the difference between a micro wedding and an elopement?+
The reception dinner. An elopement is ceremony only and runs $4,500 to $8,000. A micro wedding includes the ceremony plus a full seated reception dinner with catering and event staff.
How many guests can a micro wedding have?+
Our micro weddings typically run 10 to 50 guests. Larger celebrations up to 150 guests fall under our full-service weddings, and we don't plan weddings over 150.
Why does a smaller wedding cost more per person?+
Fixed costs. The venue, coordinator, photographer, and staff cost the same for 15 guests as for 40, so the per-person figure runs higher at low counts. Growing the guest list mainly adds food and beverage cost.
Do we pick our own vendors?+
No, and that's the model. We handpick vendors based on your preferences from a team we've worked with for years. Couples who want to interview and select each vendor themselves aren't the right fit for all-inclusive, and we'd tell you that on the call.
Can we personalize an all-inclusive wedding?+
Yes. We've built a tiered wedding cake out of individual chocolate chip cookies, recreated a family's secret cocktail recipe with venue mixologists, and placed a memorial candle for a couple's late mother without being asked. All-inclusive removes the work, not your vision.
We live out of state. Can we plan this remotely?+
That's most of our clients. 80% are destination couples, and everything runs through our questionnaire, planning portal, and calls. Couples from Ohio, Florida, New Hampshire, and Australia have planned entire weddings with us without a site visit.
