Ceremony, reception dinner, full vendor team, and event staff for 10 to 50 guests, averaging $1,000 per person, all under one contract. We've planned over 1,500 weddings since 2012 and this is what we do best.
An all-inclusive Napa micro wedding with Run Away With Me averages $1,000 per person for 10 to 50 guests, and every wedding is custom-built. The package covers the ceremony, reception dinner, catering, full vendor stack, and event staff under one contract. Smaller guest counts run higher per person because fixed costs stay constant. The difference between a micro wedding and an elopement: a micro wedding includes a reception dinner, an elopement is ceremony only.
Here's what happens to most couples who want a small Napa wedding. They inquire at a few estates, get a five-figure site fee before a single vendor is booked, then get handed a list of ten vendor categories to source themselves. One bride we read about got quoted $120,000 for her wedding and called it exactly what it is: crazy.
Small weddings weren't supposed to work that way, and when Britt founded this company in 2012, the small wedding space had the opposite problem: cheap, cookie-cutter, white bouquet and white cake with zero personalization. We built the third option. A micro wedding with the polish of a high-end celebration and the simplicity of one contract, one team, and one clear number based on your guest count.
Nearly 60% of engaged couples are now considering a micro wedding, according to The Knot. We've specialized in them since before they had a name.
Every all-inclusive micro wedding covers:
One contract. One point of contact. Your guests think you spent a year planning it. You spent a questionnaire and a few calls.
Micro weddings average $1,000 per person and every one is built custom around your guest count and selections. Two things worth knowing upfront, because we'd rather you hear them from us than discover them later:
A 15-guest wedding runs higher per person than a 40-guest wedding, because the venue, coordinator, photographer, and staff cost the same either way. As your guest count grows, the added cost is mainly food and beverage.
Your total depends on guest count, venue, and the selections you make. On your free call we'll give you a real range for your actual numbers, not a teaser rate.
We work with pre-vetted Napa properties suited to intimate guest counts, including venues like Brasswood and Harvest Inn in St. Helena, plus vineyard and estate settings we'll match to your style on your call. Because our team books these venues repeatedly, our couples get treatment and rates that one-off bookings don't.
"We would give the RAWM Team 100 stars if we could. They were excellent and made our 5/29/2025 micro wedding ceremony dreams come true! I was a very Type-A bride with lots of questions and some planning anxiety, and they made me feel both at ease and special."
"Sarah, Makenna and the team at Run Away with Me were phenomenal to work with. I tripped across RAWM on Google hoping to find some help to 'quickly' plan a wedding in a few months without a lot of vision. The team was exceptionally patient and flexible. I highly recommend RAWM, especially for those who are ready to relinquish a little control but still are hoping for a polished, beautifully handled wedding experience."
"My daughter got married on Sept 25, 2024 in St Helena, CA and it was a destination wedding. We hired Run Away With Me because of their all-inclusive option and the reviews that we had read. They exceeded all expectations. She has told us that she felt like she was in a movie and that it was the best day of her life."
Fill this out and you'll hear back from a real person within one business day. That's a standard we hold ourselves to on every inquiry.

The reception dinner. An elopement is ceremony only and runs $4,500 to $8,000. A micro wedding includes the ceremony plus a full seated reception dinner with catering and event staff.
Our micro weddings typically run 10 to 50 guests. Larger celebrations up to 150 guests fall under our full-service weddings, and we don't plan weddings over 150.
Fixed costs. The venue, coordinator, photographer, and staff cost the same for 15 guests as for 40, so the per-person figure runs higher at low counts. Growing the guest list mainly adds food and beverage cost.
No, and that's the model. We handpick vendors based on your preferences from a team we've worked with for years. Couples who want to interview and select each vendor themselves aren't the right fit for all-inclusive, and we'd tell you that on the call.
Yes. We've built a tiered wedding cake out of individual chocolate chip cookies, recreated a family's secret cocktail recipe with venue mixologists, and placed a memorial candle for a couple's late mother without being asked. All-inclusive removes the work, not your vision.
That's most of our clients. 80% are destination couples, and everything runs through our questionnaire, planning portal, and calls. Couples from Ohio, Florida, New Hampshire, and Australia have planned entire weddings with us without a site visit.
